1. Returns & Refunds

❌ No Return or Refund for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (fashion/artificial jewellery), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or minor variations.

✅ Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • A wrong item has been delivered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for a replacement or refund (if approved), the following conditions must be met:

  • The complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage or incorrect item claim.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved after verification) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed only before the order is dispatched.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
